Now a little about me . . .

My career in insurance began in 2006 when I was hired as an Account Manager at a State Farm office. I recognized early on the opportunity to someday become an agent myself and establish my own agency.

Over the next 12 years I grew both in knowledge and experience. I learned the value of insurance, the mechanics of writing policies, and the importance of being there for my customers. I matched customer needs with our policy options, stayed late so someone could drop off a payment, or sign a document after work. I often found myself offering a kind ear when people were at their most vulnerable after a loss, big or small.

In June 2018, I became an agent and opened my own office in Woodinville, seeking to hire team members who shared my dedication to customer service.

Understanding that insurance can sometimes be difficult to navigate, I encouraged my team to take the necessary time to provide a stress-free experience for customers, both over the phone and in person. This practice has proven valuable, as reflected in our reviews; our customers describe us as friendly, professional, thorough, efficient, and transparent in every interaction.

Our office prides itself on thoroughly reviewing policies and options so customers understand what they are purchasing, empowering them to become better consumers of insurance products. Our customers rely on us as we take genuine ownership of each relationship, fostering communication and reliability.
