The days are getting shorter, and kids after-school sports and activities are in full swing. Now a little about me . . .

My career in insurance began in 2006 when I was hired as an Account Manager at a State Farm office. I recognized early on the opportunity to someday become an agent myself with my own agency.

Over the next 12 years I grew both in knowledge and experience. I learned the value of insurance, the mechanics of writing a policy, and the importance of being there for my customers. I matched customer needs with our policy options, stayed late so someone could drop off a payment, or sign a document after work. I often found myself offering a kind ear when people were at their most vulnerable after a loss, big or small.

So in June 2018, when I became an agent and opened my own office in Woodinville, I looked to hire team members with the same dedication.

Realizing insurance is sometimes difficult to understand, I encouraged my team to take the time necessary to provide a stress-free experience for customers both over the phone and in person. This has been a valuable practice, as per the reviews, our customers consider myself and team: friendly, professional, thorough, efficient, and transparent with each contact.

Our office prides itself in going over polices and options so customers know what they are purchasing while making them better consumers of insurance products. Our customers count on us as we take kind ownership of each person while building a caring relationship that includes the ease of communication and reliability.
