"I had the pleasure of dealing with Becka from this office and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was everything you could ever want in a service agent. We could use about 3 billion more of her. Anyway I greatly recommend this office. I was with Geico for years and they ended up outright stealing and lying to me. They told me that I would have to take my license plate on my Ford Explorer back to the DMV before I could cancel my insurance, which is 100% a lie. I live in Washington State and you can cancel your insurance at any time for any reason. So when I confronted them about it and they denied they lied I decided to go to Progressive and for the first year that was okay but then they raised my rates $31 a month for the legal required minimum. I went from paying $45 a month to $76 a month on an 18-year-old car. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Then they told me a bunch of lies like I would have to sell my car before I could get comp only, I would need to get a second auto if I wanted to put one in storage. All kinds of BS. Then out of the blue State farm gave me a call because I had did the comparing rates. Not only did they listen to my phone message, which a lot of businesses do not, they just use auto dial / chat bots, but she actually texted me. I am deaf, I say that on the message and why the need to text instead of calling. She took me step by step through the oh so fun enrollment, was warm, bright, patient, professional and quite funny. Very welcome change from the slavering greed monkeys at Progressive and GEICO. I never heard once "we can't do that" or "we don't offer that". I told her what I wanted to do, I'm a biker so in the summer I do not use my car, but I don't use my bike in the winter. Becka and Autumn made it happen. I pay $85 for full coverage on my Harley plus same coverage on my Acura MDX as Progressive who wanted $76+ for just the legally required minimum (PL / PD) on the just MDX! $55 for Acura instead of $76 and $28 vs $27 for Progressive. Plus nn the winter I can drop the coverage on my bike to just comp, and do the same with the Acura in the summer. Progressive doesn't allow for either. I hope to be a client of Autumn and Becka for many years! The only way I could be happier is if I could get that same price for full coverage on both vehicles. I highly recommend this branch / office / agents!"

"Autumn is great, but her assistant Chloe is unnecessarily rude and refused to stop contacting me after my family decided against adding a life insurance plan to the policies we have with State Farm. She’s been told no by both family members involved multiple times and is still sending messages implying that I don’t care about my family because we decided to go with a different option. My previous experiences with Autumn have been fine but if we have to deal with Chloe to continue working with Autumn looking at other options feels worthwhile."
